Cancellation Policy

In order to be able to offer your appointment to another client I require 12 hours notice please to either reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you do not give 12 hours notice I can only refund you half the cost of your session, this is because I need to allow others to book in that time slot. Refunds will be paid back to you promptly. Thank you for your understanding.
